One day last week Coroner Eden learned through Dr. Kuser of Novato that Carrie Corda, age one year, died in Hicks Valley Jan. 14, and was buried by Undertaker Blackburn at Petaluma without a physicians certificate. Mr. Eden inquired into the case and entered a protest. Subsequent developments show that Dr. Ivancovich was called, but could not reach the child before it died. The Undertaker later secured and sent a certificate, together with an apology to our Coroner.
