ROBERT T. CHILDS

Robert T. Childs, an 18-year Cotati resident, died Saturday at a local hospital after a short illness. He was 53.

A native of Oakland, Childs was reared in San Francisco and lived there until moving to Cotati.

Childs had worked 10 years at Rohnert Park Texaco as a service station attendant.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Louise Childs of Cotati, and his mother, Betty B. Childs of Burlingame.

A funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Parent Funeral Chapel, Petaluma. Burial will be at Cypress Hill Memorial Park.
