Boy Run Over and Killed by Wagon

John Maguire, a three year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Maguire of Larkspur, met with a tragic death last Sunday. The little fellow was playing in the road near his home, when one of Frey’s wagons came around the bend, and ran over the baby, crushing him through the abdomen. Dr. McCue did what he could for the sufferer, and sent him immediately to the Children’s Hospital in San Francisco where he died at eleven o’clock Sunday night.
