ARTHUR F. SILVA
Arthur F. Silva of San Bruno, a native of Southern Sonoma County, died in a San Francisco hospital Wednesday after a lengthy illness. He was 69.
Silva was born and reared in Petaluma, attending local schools. He later became a machinist, working in San Francisco and San Mateo counties.
He was a member of the Foresters of American in San Francisco and the Machinists Union, Local 1305 of San Francisco.
Silva is survived by his wife, Mary, of San Bruno; two sons, Dwayne and Edward Silva, both of San Bruno; two brothers, George Silva of Petaluma and David Silva of Santa Rosa, and two grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Dunstan’s Catholic Church in Millbrae. The Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday at the Chapel of the Highlands in Millbrae, and entombment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma.
