Ed Burns, ex-Boxer, Takes ‘Long Count’
Eddie Burns, former bantam-weight boxer and later a well-known referee, died Sunday at his home in Tiburon. Burns, who is survived by his widow, Mrs. Delia Burns, was a special officer for the Northwestern Pacific.
The funeral was held Wednesday at Kingsburg.
