Margaret D Howard
Margaret Dorothy Howard died Tuesday, July 5, 1988 at Marin General Hospital after a short illness. She was 79.
Mrs. Howard, a native of South Dakota, lived in Larkspur for the past 27 years.
She worked as a buyer of women’s clothes for Mayer’s department store in Mill Valley and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Howard spent much time working in her garden and had an avid interest in fashion. She also enjoyed reading books about politics and nature.
She is survived by a brother, Everett J. Sloat of Lakeport.
The family prefers that memorial contributions be sent to the Audobon Society.
