ERMA BAKER

Mrs. Erma H. Baker, 75, of San Rafael, died yesterday while walking near Fifth Avenue and E Street, apparently of natural causes.

Coroner Frank J. Keaton said that Mrs. Baker was walking with a friend when she collapsed and was taken to San Rafael General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead upon arrival at 1:55 p.m.

An autopsy will be performed at Harry M. Williams Mortuary, Keaton reported.

Mrs. Baker was the widow of Lewis L. Baker, who died in 1938. A native of Colusa, she had been a resident of Marin for five years. She lived at the home of her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Carla (Lewis L.) Baker, 6 Beach Drive, San Rafael.

Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Idella Gebhardt of West Covina, Los Angeles County.

Funeral arrangements are pending at the Williams Mortuary.
