MRS. MARTHA BATES OF BALTIMORE PARK, IS CALLED BY DEATH

Stricken with a sudden illness Tuesday morning, Mrs. Martha R. Bates, 42, a resident of Baltimore Park for the past 16 years, died five hours later at the Ross General Hospital where she was taken for treatment.

Mrs. Bates who was born in San Francisco is survived by her husband, Fred L. Bates, San Francisco business man.

Funeral services are being held this morning, (April 11) at Gray’s San Francisco. Interment is to be private.
