Luther Norwood (Pastor)
Passed away in Ceres, California on December 14, 2001 at age 64. Formerly of Marin City and Sonoma. Loving husband of Willie Jean Norwood; dear father of April, Maple, Luther, Jr., Frank, David, Bernard, and Grady Norwood; grandfather of twenty eight; great grandfather of six; brother of Jo Louis; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. He was a native of Harrisville, Mississippi. Pastor Norwood worked for the County of Marin for 32 years as a Heavy Equipment Operator. He was the Associate Pastor for Marin City Church of God for 33 years. Friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service on Saturday, December 22, 2001 at 12 Noon at Cornerstone Community Church of God and Christ, 625 Drake Avenue, Marin City, California.
