John Lusk Hunter
Age 28, of San Rafael died unexpectedly as a result of a fall while rock climbing at Marin Headlands on Sunday evening, September 23, 2001. Born November 6, 1972, John attended Sun Valley and Davidson School and San Rafael High School. John was active in little league baseball for many years. He worked as a roofer, and when not working, John loved mountain biking, rollerblading, snowboarding, motorcycling, hiking, rock climbing, frisbee or playing pool with his friends.
John is survived by his mother and step-father, Judy and Ruben Satow of Oregon, his Dad, Larry Hunter of Novato, his Uncle, John Hunter of Honolulu, and his sweetheart, Leslie Hosmer of Petaluma. John will be sorely missed by his wide circle of friends and companions. He touched everyone's life with his special charm and joy of life. Private services.
