Virginia C. Albedi
Virginia Caldwell Albedi of San Anselmo died Monday at Ross General Hospital. She was 78.
Mrs. Albedi was born in Fresno and lived most of her life in Berkeley. She had lived in Marin for the past 15 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Virginia Schaefer of Concord; a son, Charles Reinke, also of Concord; a stepdaughter, Enid Albedi of San Anselmo; a stepson, Lawrence Albedi of Napa; two sisters, Geraldine Lawrence of Gardnerville, Nev., and Mary Louise Nance of Lewiston, Idaho; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Louis Albedi, a banker, died in March.
A private service will be held.
