ANNA M. ALLEN
A private funeral was held for Anna M. Allen of Greenbrae.
She died Wednesday at The Tamalpais in Greenbrae after a long illness. She was 87.
Mrs. Allen was born in Germany and moved to San Francisco with her family as a girl of six.
She had lived in Belvedere for 25 years before moving to Greenbrae 10 years ago.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Allen was active with the Decorations Guild at the Marin Art and Garden Center in Ross and St. Stephen’s Church in Belvedere.
Survivors are her daughter, Virginia Mackey of Mill Valley; a son, Richard C. Allen of Concord; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery, Reno, Nev.
The family prefers memorial gifts to the Marin Art and Garden Center.
