Last of Village Blacksmiths Dies
McMarion Miller, a native of Olema and one of the last of the old village blacksmiths, died yesterday at a local hospital after a short illness. He was 81.
He is survived by three nieces, Mrs. Hilda Grandi of Pt. Reyes, Muriel Ingersoll of Mill Valley and Mrs. Estelle De Pue of Berkeley.
He was a member of Mill Valley Lodge No. 356, F&AM, California Scottish Rites bodies.
Funeral services will be held under their auspices at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Russell and Gooch Mortuary, Mill Valley. Interment will be at Olema Cemetery.

A Death Notice in the same paper mentions that he was the husband of the late Fredrica Miller.
