CLARA B. MEAD
Clara Borkheim Mead, 81, sister of the late A. L. Borkheim, Marin County sealer of weights and measures about 20 years ago, died at her home in San Rafael yesterday afternoon.
She died unexpectedly, apparently of a heart attack, at 2118 Fourth Street, where she lived with her nephew, Harvey Borkheim.
Mrs. Mead had lived in Burlingame before coming to San Rafael about one and one-half years ago. Her husband, the late Andrew J. Mead, was a bookkeeper.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Keaton’s Chapel in San Rafael. Inurnment will be private.
Mrs. Mead was the stepmother of John A. Mead of El Cerrito.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that she was the aunt of Norman Borkheim of Walnut Creek, Bernice Borkheim of San Francisco and Harvey Borkheim of San Rafael. A native of California.
