FRANK JAMIESON
Frank Jamieson, 64, of 104 Los Flores, San Rafael, a log scaler and grader, died yesterday at a local hospital after a short illness.
He was born in Jewell, Ore., and had worked as a log scaler and grader all of his life. He was employed by the Northern California log Scaling and Grading Bureau out of Arcata. For the past two years he had worked in Truckee.
He was a member of the Pacific Log Scalers Assn.
He is survived by his wife, Eva M. Jamieson; a daughter, Mrs. Donal Merkley of San Rafael; a sister, Mrs. Elmer Swenson of Portland, Ore., and three grandchildren.
Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Redwood Chapel Funeral Home, Novato. Private inurnment will be at the Jewell Cemetery, Jewell, Ore.
