SHIRLEY CUNEO
A Mass of Christian Burial for Shirley M. Kettler Cuneo of San Rafael will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Isabella’s Church in Terra Linda. Mrs. Cuneo, 52, died Monday at Kaiser Hospital in San Rafael after an illness.
She was born in Wisconsin and came to California when she was a teenager. She moved from San Francisco to San Rafael in the late 1960s.
She worked for the Bank of America in San Francisco and Terra Linda for many years.
She was a member of the Bocci Ball Players of California.
She is survived by her husband, Aldino Cuneo of San Rafael; three sons, Ronald Cuneo and Joseph Cuneo, both of Petaluma, and Frank Cuneo of San Rafael; her mother, Angeline Pedroni of Daly City; a sister, Janet Hart; and a grandchild.
Rosary will be recited at 8 tonight at Keaton’s mortuary in San Rafael.
Entombment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery in San Rafael. The family prefers memorial contributions to Hospice of Marin, 77 Mark Drive, San Rafael, 94903.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds information: she was the daughter-in-law of Agnes Cuneo, mother-in-law of Robin Cuneo, sister-in-law of John and Jean Cuneo, Ugo and Leonora Cuneo and Lina Toracca, and the grandmother of John Romero Cuneo. She was survived by two nieces and six nephews.
