RUSSO, Gayle E. -- Passed away on August 24, 2001 in San Rafael, Ca. Born in 1933 in San Francisco to Doris and Willard Woodworth. Gayle attended San Francisco State University before joining Bank of America as a loan officer. In 1960 she married Ernest Russo and had two children, Cindie Errigo of San Jose and Ted Russo of San Rafael. Gayle worked for 22 years for Bank of America and was involved in local organizations including the Terra Linda Seniors. Gayle will be remembered for her kind heart, endless creativity and zest for life. An avid traveler, she toured Europe, Peru and Eypt and loved to share her many colorful stories about each adventure. Gayle is survived by her sister, Diane Telegin of Petaluma; two children; and three granddaughters, Jenna, Cylvia and Sophia. A memorial service will be celebrated on August 29, 2001 at 2:00pm at Valley Memorial Park, 650 Bugeia Lane, Novato, CA 94945.
