LAWRENCE BRESNAN
A graveside service will be held later in Oregon for Lawrence Bresnan, a former Marin County resident who died today at his home at Quines Creek, Ore., after a two-year battle with cancer.
He was 34.
Mr. Bresnan was born in San Francisco. He had lived in Fairfax until he was 12, when he moved to Novato.
He graduated from Novato High School, where he played on the school’s varsity football team.
He moved to Oregon about 13 years ago and had been a member of the Living Springs Christian community there.
Mr. Bresnan was a contractor and commercial fisherman.
Surviving are his wife, Linda Bresnan; a son, Michael Bresnan; three daughters, Sarah Bresnan, Elizabeth Bresnan and Rebecca Bresnan, all of Quines Creek; two brothers, Michael Bresnan of Fairfax and Raymond Bresnan of Sonoma; two sisters, Doreen Dalecio of Novato and Kathleen Bresnan of Fairfax; his parents, Arthur and Sylvia Bresnan of Sonoma; and his grandmother, Vera Piombo of Fairfax.
