Corte Madera resident
Services for David Lawless, the former owner of the Cat N’Fiddle restaurant in Sausalito, will be private. He died Thursday at his home in Corte Madera at age 69.
He was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. He moved to San Francisco in 1954. He had lived in Corte Madera for the past 12 years.
A restaurateur, Mrs. Lawless retired five years ago.
He enjoyed fishing and traveling. He belonged to the Marin Rod & Gun Club and Elks Club.
He is survived by two brothers and six sisters.
Memorial contributions may be sent to the Hospice of Marin, 150 Nellen Ave., Corte Madera, 94925.
