MRS. RADENZEL
Private funeral has been held for Mathilda Radenzel, mother of Edward Radenzel of Mill Valley, a commentator on KQED “Newsroom” program.
She died Friday in a local hospital after a long illness. She was 91.
She was born and reared in Elmhurst, Ill. She and her husband, the late A. G. Radenzel moved to Florida where he was in the real estate business. She moved to San Diego in 1924 and later lived in Los Angeles and Sacramento. She moved to Marin County 13 years ago.
In addition to her son, Mrs. Radenzel is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Jackson of Mill Valley and three grandchildren.
Inurnment was private.
