Maxwell David Moglen
Passed away in Berkeley on February 16, 2002 at 91 years of age. A native of Brooklyn, New York, he moved to Berkeley, California in 1966. He was an attorney, successful businessman and Internal Revenue Service Officer. His most important accomplishment was being a father. An avid tennis player, racquet ball player, chess player and, until the day of his death, continued to walk three miles each day.

He was the husband of the late Ruth Leah Moglen and beloved father of Lloyd, Leslie, Leland and Betty Lou; grandfather of 15.

Private Services will be held. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society for Melanoma Research.
