William H. Jones, Pioneer of State, Dies at 80 Years
William Henry Jones, whose death occurred at his home in San Anselmo last Thursday night, was a pioneer of the state and born in San Francisco. He is survived by his wife, and a daughter, Mrs. Albert H. Siemer, of San Anselmo; a brother, Dr. O. W. Jones, San Anselmo; Richard H. Jones, San Francisco, and a sister, Mrs. C. N. Symonds, of Bayside Acres.
The deceased was 80 years of age, and during his life was an associate of the sons of those early pioneers – the Fairs, Hopkins, Floods and Stanfords.
