MOSER, Louise F. - A San Francisco native, passed away suddenly Tuesday, August 27, 2002 in Novato, CA. at the age of 66. Louise is survived by her dear friends Paul & Nancy Makinson of Novato, daughter Carla Jeffcoat and husband Joe of Georgia, brother Donald McQuaid of San Francisco, her aunt Ann McHale-Kane also of San Francisco, 11 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
