LORA TERRASI
Lora Terrasi of San Francisco, formerly of Mill Valley, and widow of New York Metropolitan Opera Co. singer Alberto Terrasi, died yesterday in a San Francisco hospital. She was 71 years old.
A native of California, she had lived three years in Mill Valley before recently moving to San Francisco. She had been a music teacher for 30 years. She was the sister of the late Tony Varney and John Varney, both of Mill Valley.
She is survived by two sisters, Edith Richardson and Lucy Ridgaway, of San Francisco.
Private funeral was held today at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael. Entombment was at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
