GRETCHEN M. UBIGAU
Novato resident
Gretchen M. Ubigau of Novato died at Petaluma Valley Hospital on Sunday, Feb. 11, 1990. She was 85.
She was a native of Michigan and had lived in Marin County for the last 10 years, several of those at the Tamalpais Creek Retirement Home. Before retiring, she had worked for many years as a retail sales clerk in the clothing business.
She is survived by two daughters, Virginia Imhoff of Novato and Patricia King; a sister, Alice Selby; eight grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Loretto Church in Novato. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, and the vigil services will be recited at 7:30 p.m. at Keaton’s Redwood Chapel of Marin in Novato.

A Death Notice in the same paper mentions that she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ubigau.
