PETER BYRNE
A Mass of Christian Burial for Peter Byrne, a 25-year resident of Terra Linda, will be said at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Hamilton Air Force Base Chapel in Novato.
Mr. Byrne died Monday, July 11, 1988, at Marin General Hospital. He was 61.
He was a native of County Kilkenny, Ireland.
Mr. Byrne was an insurance salesman for many years. He retired five years ago.
He is survived by his wife, LorRainne Byrne of Terra Linda; three daughters, Kathleen A. Bolger of Oakley, Maureen B. Moore of Portland, Ore., and Coleen T. Byrne of Buena Park, Orange County; five brothers, Sean, Phillip, Michael and Bryan Byrne of Ireland and Nicholas Byrne of Boston; and four grandchildren.
A brother, Thomas Byrne, and a sister, Brigid O’Brien, died previously.
Burial will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery in San Rafael.
A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Keaton’s Mortuary in San Rafael.
Friends may call for visitation at the mortuary from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday.
