JOHN JOSEPH ‘JAKE’ HALLIGAN
Retired lithograph printer
John Joseph “Jake” Halligan of San Rafael died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 1990, at the Hacienda Care Center in Petaluma. He was 67.
He was born and raised in San Francisco and lived there most of his life until moving to San Rafael in 1984.
Mr. Halligan was a retired lithograph printer and previously worked for the printers union in San Francisco.
He is survived by a sister, Lucy “Aileen” Halligan Murray of San Rafael; and two brothers, William Halligan of Reno and Robert Halligan of Sacramento.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 7:15 a.m. Monday at the Chapel of the Nazareth House, 245 Nova Albion Way, San Rafael.
Private burial will be in Presidio National Cemetery in San Francisco.
The family prefers memorial contributions to the Nazareth House, 2245 Nova Albion Way, San Rafael, 94903.
