ADELE C. HIGGINS
San Anselmo resident
Adele C. Higgins, a former longtime San Anselmo resident, died Saturday, Feb. 10, 1990, at The Tamalpais. She was 89.
She was born in Amenia, N.D., and came to the Bay Area in 1925, moving to San Anselmo shortly after.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in San Anselmo.
Surviving are two daughters, Barbara Dante of Columbia, and Constance H. Kelsey of Petaluma, and 14 grandchildren. Her husband, Sydney M. Higgins, and a daughter, Patricia Premselaar, died earlier.
At her request, no services are planned.
Inurnment is private.
The family prefers memorial gifts to the First Presbyterian Church, 72 Kensington Road, San Anselmo.
