JAMES P. KENNY TAKEN BY DEATH
Funeral rites will be held this afternoon in San Francisco for James P. Kenny, a resident of this city for many years, who died Monday in Ross, and interment will be in Mount Tamalpais Cemetery.
Kenny was a conductor on the Northwestern Pacific Railroad for many years, and had recently been made yardmaster for the Southern Pacific in San Francisco. He was a member of Petaluma Lodge of Elks, the South of Market Boys and the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen.
Mr. Kenny was the husband of the late Frances M. Kenny, father of Mrs. W. E. Cozad, Mrs. Glen J. Birk and Alfred J. Hall, brother of Thomas and Richard Kenny, Mrs. J. E. Greaver of Santa Rosa and Mrs. D. J. Haley of this city, and grandfather of Howard and June Chuche and Beverly Jean Birk.
