Funeral services will be held Tuesday in Richmond for the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. John A. Kirby, who moved from San Geronimo to Richmond about a week ago.
The baby is Kyle Daniel Kirby, who was born two months ago in Marin. He died Thursday morning at their Richmond home, 1401 Barrett Avenue, possibly from suffocation, according to officials at Wilson and Kratzer Mortuary. Richmond Services are set for 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Civic Center Chapel of Wilson and Kratzer. Burial will follow at Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno.
The infant’s parents lived in San Geronimo for the past years. Kirby works for civil engineer George S. Nolte of San Rafael.
The baby leaves a brother, David Michael, 6, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John W. Kirby of Antioch and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lutz of Vancouver, Wash.
