BEN KINNAMON
Ben Kinnamon of San Rafael, a longtime Marin businessman, died Sunday at Ross General Hospital after a brief illness. He was 85.
Mr. Kinnamon was born in Kansas and lived in Pasadena before moving to Marin.
He was an interior designer and upholster for 44 years, first in Mill Valley and later in San Rafael.
He is survived by three daughters, Jean Papp of San Rafael, Mardi Fox of Pasadena and Joice Stranahan of San Jose; two sisters, Adelaide Ladd of Lancaster and Edith Morse of Marysville, Wash.; and six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
A private funeral will be held. The family prefers that contributions be made to the heart fund.
