MATTHEW T. KOBLICK
Matthew Thomas Koblick of Ross died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 1990, a victim of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
He was 6 months old.
Matthew was born at Marin General Hosital.
His father, Geoffrey Koblick of Ross, said Matthew’s smile and laughter “touched many people, although he lived a short life.”
Survivors also include his mother, Phyllis Koblick of Ross, and his grandparents, Maury and Jane Koblick of San Rafael, and several aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, at Stewart Chapel on the San Francisco Theological Seminary campus in San Anselmo.
Burial will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to the SIDS Foundation, c/o Children’s Hospital, 51st and Grove streets, Oakland, 94609.
