Josephine Regalia Dies; Resident Of Marin 55 Years
Mrs. Josephine Regalia, a San Rafael resident for 55 yeas, died yesterday afternoon at a local hospital after a long illness. She was 74.
Mrs. Regalia lived at 19 Bayview street with her husband, Ambrose, a retired gardener who survives. She is also survived by three daughters, Mrs. Nora Mainini of South San Francisco, Mrs. Irene Miller of San Anselmo and Mrs. Marie Sauer of San Rafael, and by five grandchildren.
A native of Italy, she was a member of the Italian Catholic Federation of San Rafael and of San Rafael Circle 137 of Druids.
A requiem high Mass will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Raphael’s Church in San Rafael. Entombment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, San Rafael. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. tomorrow at the Harry M. Williams Mortuary, San Rafael.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds information: she was also the mother of the late Mario A. Regalia; grandmother of Thomas C. Miller Jr., Judy Miller, Bruce, Ronnie and Michael Sauer.
