ALICE K. HERKENHAM

A private service has been held for Alice K. Herkenham of Mill Valley. Mrs. Herkenham died Nov. 5, 1988, at the Redwoods Nursing Home in Mill Valley. She was 98.

Mrs. Herkenham was a native of San Francisco.

She was the former director of nurses at the Hassler Health Home of Redwood City.

She was a member of the California Historical Society, Vista Del Mar Garden Club and Retired San Francisco City & County Employees Association.

She is survived by two nephews, Brill Herkenham of Sacramento and Norman Herkenham of West Sedona, Ariz.; two grandnieces and three grandnephews.

Inurnment was in Mountain View Mausoleum, Oakland.
