PETERS – In San Rafael, Jan. 16, 1990, Eugenie K. Peters, wife of the late Edward A. Peters, mother of Richard Peters and Mrs. Carol Sudduth, grandmother of Tamara Peters, great-grandmother of Rosa Medina. A native of San Quentin Village, age 83.
Private family services were held Jan.16, 1990, at Keaton’s Mortuary San Rafael. Interment, Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery.
