STEVEN JOHN SMILEY
Former Marin resident

Steven John Smiley, a former Marin resident, died unexpectedly Tuesday, May 1, 1990, in Las Vegas. He was 38.

Mr. Smiley was born in Redwood City. He was raised in Marin and graduated from Sir Francis Drake High School.

While in Marin, Mr. Smiley lived with his parents in Tiburon, San Anselmo and Fairfax. He moved to Las Vegas in 1976.

He is survived by his parents, Joseph and Mary Smiley of Novato; a brother, Joseph M. Smiley of Las Vegas; and a local aunt and uncle.

He was cremated and his ashes will be scattered in Sandy Valley, Nevada.
