STUART AUER

Stuart F. Auer, 38, vice-president of western states for Seeburg Background Music Systems, died today after a short illness.

Auer was stricken at home, 563-D San Rafael Avenue, Belvedere, and taken to Marin General Hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival at 3:40 a.m.

A native of Milwaukee, he had lived in Marin County for two different periods. First he lived in Sausalito for several years, moved away and returned to Belvedere eight months ago.

Private funeral services are planned at the N. Gray and Co. in San Francisco.
