ETHEL T. MURPHY

Burial was to be today at Holy Cross Cemetery in Los Angeles for Ethel Toleda Murphy, resident of Novato for the past 16 years.

Mrs. Murphy died Sunday, July 5, 1987, at Novato Convalescent Hospital after a long illness. She was 94.

She was born in Connersville, Ind. She lived in Indiana for many years and in Redondo Beach for 30 years.

Mrs. Murphy was a homemaker. She also enjoyed playing bridge, even when she was in her 90s. She was active in a senior citizens group in Novato.

Survivors are her son, Thomas G. Murphy of Novato; a daughter, Wanda M. Spieker of Grand Rapids, Mich.; five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

The family asks that donations be sent to the Heart Fund.
