JOE CARDOZA DIES SUDDENLY
Jose Cardoza Fonseca, a crab fisherman, was taken ill while fishing on Half Moon bay on Wednesday and died from pulmonary troubles a few hours after his arrival that evening. His death was hastened by the three days exposure in an open boat to the penetrating cold winds. He leaves a wife and six children, the oldest not over eleven years of age. He was a very thrifty man and his death will be keenly felt by his bereaved family.
