Jose Prochazka, a representative in Guatemala of W. R. Grace & Co., San Francisco shipping concern, died Sunday at Hund’s Sanatarium, where he had been confined with illness for a month. The remains were shipped by Dr. F. E. Sawyer to Guatemala. Prochazka was 51 years old.
