HALEY – In San Rafael, Aug. 7, 1970, Honorable Judge Harold Joseph Haley, beloved husband of Gertrude Haley; loving father of Mrs. Patricia Davis, Mrs. Carol Atkinson, and Mrs. Joan Fennone; grandfather of 10 grandchildren. A native of San Rafael, Calif., aged 65 years. Past exalted ruler of San Rafael Lodge 1108 BPO Elks, past president of Marin County Bar Association; member of Native Sons of the Golden West, Mount Tamalpais Parlor; Serra (sic) Club; Marin Rod and Gun Club and Marin Social Service board.
Friends are invited to attend the funeral Monday, Aug. 10, at 9:30 a.m. from Keaton’s Mortuary, 1022 E Street, San Rafael, thence to St. Sylvester Catholic church, 1115 San Pedro Road, Peacock Gap, San Rafael, where a Memorial Concelebrated Mass of the Resurrection will be held for the repose of his soul at 10 a.m. Interment, Mount Olivet Cemetery. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 8 p.m. at St. Sylvester Church Sunday, Aug. 9, 1970. Memorial contributions to the Hanna Boys Center or your favorite charity preferred. Friends may call at Keaton’s Mortuary, Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
