GEORGE GILMORE MEETS WITH FATAL ACCIDENT
George Gilmore, who formerly lived on Bay View street in San Rafael, was killed in Oakland Friday, in attempting to board a moving street car. Young Gilmore’s foot slipped and he was thrown under the wheels. The mangled body was rushed to an emergency hospital, but life was extinct in three hours. The deceased was twenty-one years old, and is well remembered in San Rafael, where he attended one of the public schools.
