MAUDE TOWLE
Maude Towle, 83, a Marin resident for 13 years, died today at a local hospital after a short illness.
Born at Evergreen, near San Jose, Mrs. Towle last resided at 116 Locust Avenue, Mill Valley. She was a member of the Mill Valley Methodist Church.
Mrs. Towle is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Meryl Kemp of Mill Valley; two brothers, William and Louis Smith of San Jose, and two grandsons.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at the Methodist Church at Camino Alto and Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley. Friends may call at Russell and Gooch Mortuary, Mill Valley, until 9:30 a.m. tomorrow. Inurnment will be private.

A Death Notice in the same paper says she was the grandmother of Carol and Dale Kemp.
