Mrs. Emma Bracken Dies Here Following a Short Sickness
Stricken by illness three weeks ago, Mrs. Emma Bracken died Monday at the home of her brother in law, Judge J. B. Lovell, on Fourth Street.
Mrs. Bracken was born in Hamilton, Canada, and had lived for many years in Buffalo, New York. Ten years ago she came here to make her home with her sister, Mrs. J. B. Lovell, who died two years ago.
She is survived by two sons, Norman and William Bracken of Buffalo, her brother in law, Judge Lovell, and a nephew, Dr. Robert B. Lovell.
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at the mortuary of Keaton and Dusel with the Rev. Frederic Appleton, pastor of the Congregational Church, officiating. Interment took place at Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery.
