Funeral for Wendell P. Ingraham, 73, of San Rafael, who died in a Livermore hospital Saturday after a brief illness, will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael.
Ingraham, who had been an electrician for Minneapolis Honeywell Co. in Minneapolis, Minn., for many years, moved to San Rafael where he retired eight years ago. His wife, Ruth B. Ingraham, died last year.
He served with the 269th Aero Squadron in World War I.
He was the father of Mrs. Don Timmer and Richard A. Ingraham of San Rafael, as well as Wendell P. Ingraham Jr. of Minneapolis, Edwin L. Ingraham of Hopkins, Mrs. Ronald Pierson, Minnetonka, and Mrs. William Young of Bloomington, all in Minnesota.
He is also survived by a brother, Loring Ingraham, Geneva, Minn., and 20 grandchildren.
Burial will be at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery. The family prefers contributions to the Heart Fund.
