OLD TIME RESIDENT ANSWERS LAST CALL
Sausalito lost another old-time resident on Tuesday of last week in the passing of Mrs. Mary B. Peters, whose thirty-six years of residence here was suddenly terminated by a stroke that took her away. Her late husband, Joseph A. Peters, was in the grocery business for many years.
Mrs. Peters, who was 80 years old at the time of her death, and who lived at 25 Johnson street, leaves a daughter, Mrs. Mary V. Rodgers, wife of Manuel M. Rodgers, who is the surviving daughter. In addition to several sisters and brothers.
The funeral, conducted by Keaton and Dusel of San Rafael, was held last Saturday from the Star of the Sea Church with Father Connolly holding high mass. Burial was in Fernwood cemetery.
