HELLEN LANIER
Hellen Lanier, a Marin County resident for more than 35 years, died yesterday in her Mill Valley home after a brief illness.
A private family service has been held, followed by private burial.
Mrs. Lanier was born in Little Falls, Minn.
She is survived by her husband, John T. Lanier; two daughters, Jean Greenwood of Weaverville, Trinity County, and Pat De La Fontaine of San Francisco, and four grandsons.
The family prefers memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
