RUTH SEATON
Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Carolyn Seaton, 69, of Larkspur, a resident of Marin County for eight years, will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday at the Halsted and Co. funeral home in San Francisco.
Mrs. Seaton died unexpectedly of a heart seizure Monday at her home, 259 Madrone Avenue.
She was born in San Francisco and lived for many years in Palo Alto, but the family had a summer home in Larkspur. When her husband, Frank F. Seaton, retired as district manager for Foremost Dairy Co., they moved permanently to Marin.
Mrs. Seaton was a member of the George H. Thomas Circle, Grand Army of the Republic.
Surviving besides her husband are a daughter, Mrs. Ruth F. Orrell of Chula Vista (San Diego County), three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The daughter and her husband, F. M. Orrell, are former residents of Ross and San Anselmo.
Private burial will follow funeral services.

A Death Notice in the same paper mentions her grandchildren, Frank Milton Orrell, John Seaton Orrell, and Nancy Ruth Orrell; and her great-grandchildren, Frank Seaton Orrell, Patty Ann Orrell and Gregory Michael Orrell. She was the sister of the late Charlie, Harry, Walter and Ralph Schwarz.
