B. G. Lazareff
Benjamin George Lazareff, 79, retired Mill Valley builder, died yesterday in a San Francisco hospital after a short illness.
Born in Russia, Lazareff became a citizen of the United States in 1911. He lived most of his life in Sheffield, Ill., where he worked as a builder. He came to California 16 years ago on his retirement and spent several years in Mill Valley, residing at 116 Reed Boulevard.
He is survived by his wife, Marion D. Lazareff; a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Sasuly of San Francisco, and a brother, Maurice Lazar of Illinois.
Private funeral services will be held tomorrow at Russell and Gooch Mortuary, Mill Valley. Interment will be in Sheffield, Ill.
