PETER L. TORLIATT
Peter L. Torliatt, a lifelong resident of Petaluma, died Sunday in a local hospital after a long illness. He was 80.
Torliatt owned and operated a Petaluma auto body and repair shop for 40 years before retiring in 1957.
He was a member of the Moose Lodge of Petaluma.
He is survived by two sons, Kenneth Torliatt of Rohnert Park and Lee Torliatt of Santa Rosa; a sister, Theresa Jewett of Petaluma; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Parent Funeral Chapel, Petaluma. The Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today at the mortuary. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Petaluma.
The family prefers memorial contributions to a favorite charity.
